Free Fall

My style of tennis demanded 100% of who I was every single day.

The moment life gave me reasons to care about other things, more real things, human things, the tennis just couldn’t compete.

I don’t think that makes me weak.

I think it just makes me human.

The free fall was real.

I was never really falling, I was just finally landing somewhere else.
