TIMELESS

One of her most valuable possessions in her life was a letter from me letting her know that I appreciated her and the way that she brought me up.

And that was a great feeling.

Dreams. The closer you get to them sometimes the harder they are to achieve. Even if you do everything right they can cruelly evaporate in a city second. While watching the game yesterday between Chatham and Orleans the shortstop from Orleans stood out. He was smooth. He had […]

That Feeling of Home

When I was a young dad, and my kids where 2 & 4 years old, it was common for me and my wife to buy a pizza and eat it as a family on the pitching mound of the East Moriches Little League Field. I feel at home […]

3 am Email

Mr.Passaro, two weeks ago I told my girlfriend about a book I thought I would like to read. Before I could order it myself she showed up at my apartment and had a surprise for me, it was your book “Every Breath Is Gold, Complete Series.”

I was very appreciative knowing she was thinking of me.

Although I was slightly disappointed because the book I was talking about was “Dominate.”

Twenty minutes ago I just finished the book. It only took me three days to finish it. That might not seem like a hard task for some except I have never read a whole book before in my life.

Your book has opened my eyes to many things.

Most importantly I realized my happiness does not depend on my situation, but what I make of it and what I learn from it.

Secondly, that coincidences in life aren’t meaningless.

This really hit me when I was toward the end of your book and came across the chapter titled “3 am Emails.”

This gave me a chuckle because here I am working the midnight shift in a tire factory and I can’t decide whether I should contact you or not.

The second I had seen the chapter title I knew what it was about and I knew I had to reach out to you. It was no coincidence that she had got me the wrong book, I was meant to read this.

There was a time I was sour about all of my past hardships and I’ve always thought about how different it would be if things went exactly as I hoped.

But now I know every one of them has taught me a lesson and better prepared me for my next obstacle.

I would like to say thank you from a fellow wrestler.
