Wrestling Rules for Life makes the perfect gift for a wrestling team, club or graduating seniors for their year-end wrestling dinners.
What you focus on will get amplified by the attention you pay it. Once your focus starts becoming on the time after midnight, you are now sharing the focus reserved to build greatness with all the things that go against you from obtaining greatness.
Use your bruises. I know it doesn’t feel like it, but ultimately, they are there to guide you. And most importantly, they come with a gift.
Prior to this weekend you felt your season was near perfect and you were ready to submit it for a final grade.
Mr.Passaro, two weeks ago I told my girlfriend about a book I thought I would like to read. Before I could order it myself she showed up at my apartment and had a surprise for me, it was your book “Every Breath Is Gold, Complete Series.”
I was very appreciative knowing she was thinking of me.
Although I was slightly disappointed because the book I was talking about was “Dominate.”
Twenty minutes ago I just finished the book. It only took me three days to finish it. That might not seem like a hard task for some except I have never read a whole book before in my life.
Your book has opened my eyes to many things.
Most importantly I realized my happiness does not depend on my situation, but what I make of it and what I learn from it.
Secondly, that coincidences in life aren’t meaningless.
This really hit me when I was toward the end of your book and came across the chapter titled “3 am Emails.”
This gave me a chuckle because here I am working the midnight shift in a tire factory and I can’t decide whether I should contact you or not.
The second I had seen the chapter title I knew what it was about and I knew I had to reach out to you. It was no coincidence that she had got me the wrong book, I was meant to read this.
There was a time I was sour about all of my past hardships and I’ve always thought about how different it would be if things went exactly as I hoped.
But now I know every one of them has taught me a lesson and better prepared me for my next obstacle.
I would like to say thank you from a fellow wrestler.
