Control the controllable. Everyone has controllable and uncontrollable parts to their life. Everyone thinks it is the uncontrollable parts of their life that need the most attention. I beg to differ. The uncontrollable parts cannot be controlled. The controllable parts can. Concentrate on controlling the controllable. For, it’s […]
It became my dream as a little boy to wear that singlet and when it became true it was the proudest moment of my life.
You set out to achieve greatness, and you have come up short.
You met your match.
You now realize that you gave it your all, and your all just wasn’t enough.
And it hurts.
It hurts badly.
To struggle and to understand.
Never the last without the first.

People will come in and out of your life like passengers traveling on a train.
Do, or do not. There is no try. Star Wars ________ Being able to execute in the big spot is a sign of a champion. Imagine going undefeated all season, 50-0 and then losing in the state finals to a wrestler with a record of 40-10. […]
ou can only hope your rival opponent sold their souls to the weight cutting gods and have made practice only about losing weight and are now three months deep into a grueling weight cutting cycle of diminishing returns.

Mr.Passaro, two weeks ago I told my girlfriend about a book I thought I would like to read. Before I could order it myself she showed up at my apartment and had a surprise for me, it was your book “Every Breath Is Gold, Complete Series.”
I was very appreciative knowing she was thinking of me.
Although I was slightly disappointed because the book I was talking about was “Dominate.”
Twenty minutes ago I just finished the book. It only took me three days to finish it. That might not seem like a hard task for some except I have never read a whole book before in my life.
Your book has opened my eyes to many things.
Most importantly I realized my happiness does not depend on my situation, but what I make of it and what I learn from it.
Secondly, that coincidences in life aren’t meaningless.
This really hit me when I was toward the end of your book and came across the chapter titled “3 am Emails.”
This gave me a chuckle because here I am working the midnight shift in a tire factory and I can’t decide whether I should contact you or not.
The second I had seen the chapter title I knew what it was about and I knew I had to reach out to you. It was no coincidence that she had got me the wrong book, I was meant to read this.
There was a time I was sour about all of my past hardships and I’ve always thought about how different it would be if things went exactly as I hoped.
But now I know every one of them has taught me a lesson and better prepared me for my next obstacle.
I would like to say thank you from a fellow wrestler.
